Cindee Sue Zlacki

Cynthia Sue (McNally) Zlacki, 67, of Russellton, PA, passed away at Shadyside Hospital on July 5, 2026, surrounded by her eldest daughter and middle daughter, her best friend, and her sister-in-law. She was the daughter of the late Regis and Sylvia (Kwiatkowski) McNally, and the loving wife of the late Andrew P. Zlacki. She was the beloved mother of Regis Zlacki, Nicole Zlacki, Jordan Zlacki, Tiffany (Ross) Zlacki, Shane Zlacki, Hunter (Jeffrey) Faith, and Seth Zlacki, and the stepmother of Andrew Zlacki and Dustin (Shannon) Zlacki. She was the treasured, loving "Gram-Cracker"/Mawmaw to her grandchildren, Travis (Carlie) Noel, Caden Faith, Devin Faith, Liam Faith, and Adam Nelson, and a proud great-grandmother to Aria Noel and Freya Noel. She was also the cherished sister of Francis (Charles) Dillion. She was a dear friend to Andrew Plevia, Ruth O'Brian, Donna Vokes, Connie Fleck, Joshua Nelson, and Marion Simak. A devoted Catholic, Cindee dedicated her life to her family and took immense pride in everything she did. She had a passion for gardening, transforming her yard and porch into a beautiful sanctuary filled with vibrant flowers and the gentle sound of wind chimes. She was also an exceptional cook who loved feeding those she cared about; her family will forever cherish the memory of her delicious haluski, wedding soup, potato soup, chicken and rice, and a legendary cucumber salad that her son Seth absolutely loved. She took great joy in making meals straight from her harvest, including her famous homemade tomato sauce, salsa, and bread-and-butter pickles. Beyond her gardens and kitchen, Cindee was a passionate clock collector, filling her home with over a hundred clocks. Because time was so important to her, she was always fiercely punctual and cherished every moment spent surrounded by family and friends. In a beautiful, ironic final tribute to the life she built, she passed away at 7:48 AM—the exact numbers of her home address. Known for being honest, resilient, and fiercely loyal, Cindee was a great listener who always gave solid advice. While her grandsons were her absolute world, she was also filled with joy and looking forward to the arrival of her first granddaughter, who is due around her birthday. Cindee's legacy of love, warmth, and devotion will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew her. Her burial and celebration of life will be a private, strictly invite-only event. In accordance with her final wishes, anyone who was not personally invited or was specifically told not to attend will be escorted out, as those she did not like in life will not be seeing her out in death.
